How long before bisexual pawpaws bear fruit in the sub-tropics of QLD?

Hi Geoff,

From what I have read, bisexual or hermaphrodite pawpaws only grow well in northern Queensland. Further south they tend to revert to being males. I have attached a reference from a supplier of tropical fruits and they too mention that they do best in a very warm location.
