What creeper would you recommend to grow on a balcony?

The balcony is on the 11th floor, is west facing Albert Park Lake & the Bay. The wall is 3-4m high& is south facing. It is often windy & the wall does get sun on summer afternoons. Your opinion please: are any of the following suitable Silver Vein creeper Muehlenbeckia Complexa or Banksia Rose We have discounted Star Jasmine as we don't like the perfume. Do you suggest any others? I want it to be verdant & hide an ugly wall.

Hi Pattie,

A couple of other suggestions are:- Pandorea pandorana or Mandevillea. Both of these plants like hardy and should do well in your location. Both have thick lush foliage and produce flowers for a good percentage of the year. You might like to take a walk around your local nursery to see what else is available in your part of the world. Colour will certainly make a difference to your balcony. Keep your plants healthy and flowering beautifully by applying Thrive Soluble Flower & Fruit fertiliser. Enjoy
