Hi guys, I work for Bunnings, and we have a customer who came in with a picture of their Lilly pilly.

The tree has orange bugs and there is white fluff on the branches. Ang idea of what this is? Many thanks

Looks like the insects are orange leafhoppers. To control try spray with 'Yates Nature's Way Citrus & Ornamental Spray (Pyrethrum Plus Oil Pest Spray)'. Controls a wide variety on insects pests on many edibles and ornamentals.
