What is the application rate of Zaleton Dual Action Fungicide to treat myrtle rust infected Lilly Pillys?
The lilly pillies are pretty young (planted last winter), but other than the recent fungal infection, they are thriving. I have cut back the infected stems/leaves. I am not sure which directions on the fungicide would be most appropriate for my trees.
Yates Zaleton Dual Action Systemic Fungicide is now discontinued. If you already have the product - for myrtle rust control, apply at a rate of 11 drops per one litre of water. Two sprays, at 14 day intervals, are necessary. Spray to runoff ensuring thorough coverage of all foliage including the underside of leaves.
