Can I apply Buffalo Pro Weed 'n' Feed Hose On after heavy rain for past few days?

Today it's sunny, no wind and no rain in the forecast. However we've experienced heavy rainfall up until yesterday. Is it still okay for me to apply my Buffalo Pro Weed 'n' Feed Hose On even though my Buffalo lawns have had a considerable soaking for past few days? Hoping so as today;s weather conditions are perfect. and the lawn certainly doesn't look water stressed.Really appreciated. Dave
