Flowers in apple tree are not blooming!

It is the end of August, flowers in apple tree are not blooming where the flowers in Apricot, Nectarine, plump trees bloomed already. Last year, I didn't get apple in my apple trees. I thought it was because of fungus problem as I didn't take care in winter. This year, I spayed Yates fungicide just before winter and again middle of this month (August).

Fertilise your tree with a specific fertiliser for fruiting trees, such as Thrive Natural Citrus & Fruit pellets, to ensure it's got all the nutrients it needs to flower/fruit well:

You may need another apple tree, to cross-pollinate, to ensure fruit develops.
