How do I control apple scab?

The fruit on my apple trees has developed brown spots. Some are just spots on otherwise normal looking apples. Others are completely covered and have hardly grown. A look at the Victorian DPI site seems to suggest it is apple scab. What do I treat it with?

Fruit and Citrus • Diseases

Apple scab can be controlled with Yates Leaf Curl Copper Fungicide Spray. It has to be applied at the green tip stage of growth. (early to mid September)
