Hi, I have 3 varieties of grass on my property on the Gold Coast in Nerang could you please confirm types.

I have attached an image with all 3 types of lawn on my property. I also have a variety of all the usual weeds that we get on the Gold Coast throughout the lawn. I will usually just dig the weeds out roots and all but it can be very time consuming. Could you please let me know what the 3 types of lawn I have and what the best weed killer to use on all those particular grasses. I would prefer to use the spray on type that I can mix up myself and spray onto the lawns. Thank you in Advance Kind Regards Jason
