New plants are turning yellow

I have just established a new raised garden bed and my nedw plantings are not doing well, many leaves are turning yellow

General Advice • Physical Damage

The most common causes of this are:

Over-watering - check soil moisture with a stick prior to watering.  Generally one good soaking per week is enough for most garden plants, increase it in hot weather.  Seedlings/vegies need more, however.

Wrong pH - it should be between 6.5-7 for most plants - see more here:
