Hi, can I find out when is the best time to water the plants with the Seaweed Liq Fertilizer? In the morning/evening? Before or after rain? Should it be watered directly on the soil and not onto the leaves? After the seaweed is applied, when can I water the plant next time? Need your advice. Thanks

Dear Penny,
Seaweed by itself is not a fertiliser. It is designed to be a tonic and root growth stimulant. It will strengthen the plant and improve growth. It doesn't have an N:P:K. Some fertilisers do certainly contain seaweed and such a product will have an N:P:K. and is termed a fertiliser.
You can apply a seaweed solution in early morning or late afternoon. It can be applied over the foliage and around the root system of the plant. It is usually applied every 2-4 weeks. You can continue to water your plants anytime after applying the product.
Yates have released a new product called Yates Dynamic Lifter Soil Improver & Plant Fertiliser Liquid. This product contains fish emulsion, seaweed, Bio-Activ, fulvic acid and a natural wetting agent. You can apply this product every 1-2 weeks when plants are actively growing.
