Should I remove flowers on my young eureka lemon tree

Hi, I recently purchased a young (135mm pot) eureka lemon tree and it has a number of flower buds. I’ve transplanted it to a larger pot. Should I remove these flower buds to promote better root growth now?

Yes, it's best practice to remove flowers from young citrus trees for the first few years, so they can put their energy into developing a good root system and branch structure.
