Peach tree, discolouration on stems

Newly planted peach tree (bare root stock planted this winter), steams are discoloured

Looks like the tree has been damaged by sun scorch. Best to spray the tree with Yates Water Wise DroughtShield, which works like sunscreen to help protect your tree. Prolonged exposure to the sun will still result in burning, but the effects will be reduced by spraying with Yates DroughtShield. Also, provide shade cover on the western side to avoid hot afternoon sun.
