I have a Columnar Peach tree-Crimson Rocket which is about 4 years old now.

It has a number of small peaches on it at the moment about the size of a marble. I was wondering when I should spray for pests ( none at the moment) and what spray should I use.

As a general spray to treat pests on  fruit trees, including peach, we recommend 'Yates Nature's Way Citrus & Ornamental Spray (Pyrethrum Plus Oil Pest Spray)'. Controls a wide variety on insects pests on many edibles and ornamentals.
