It looks like your stone fruit trees are suffering from a disease called Shot Hole. It looks like lots of little holes in the leaves. Once the symptoms appear, it is too late to treat. We recommend treating next year with Yates Liquid Copper Fungicide. You need to apply it when the buds are swelling, but before and within one week of bud opening.

For now, it's best to try and improve the health of your tree. To help, feed with a complete fertiliser formulated for fruit trees, like Yates Thrive Natural Citrus & Fruit Organic Based Pelletised Plant Food.
