lawn being overtaken by weed with a small purple flower - what is it? And what is best weed/feed product
My lawn is being overtaken by a weed with a small purple flower - see attached photo. What type of weed is this? and what is the best way to kill the weed without affecting the grass? Thanks

Hello Paul, thanks for your question. It's likely that this plant is Prunella vulgaris, also known as 'Self-heal'. We unfortunately don't have a product that registered for selective removal from your lawn, but you will have success with careful application of non-selective herbicides. Try 'Yates Zero Weedkiller Super Concentrate' as a spot spray, or paint on with the 'Yates Zero Weeding Brush'. Please use caution when using the weedkiller near other plants/lawn, because everything that it touches could potentially kill.
