From the photo, it looks like a type of ryegrass you have invading your buffalo. Unfortunately, there are no selective herbicides to control grass in grass. The only thing you can do is to carefully apply a non-selective herbicide, like Yates Zero Weed Killer Super Concentrate to the leaf blades of the invading grass. Take care not to get it on the buffalo as it will damage or kill it. Please click here for more information:
