Bronze Orange Bugs (aka BOB aka the devil) One of the most hated (and even feared!) pests on citrus bronze orange bugs aka stink bugs (Musgraveia sulciventris). These bug(gers) suck the sap from the tree, which can cause stems to die and flowers and fruit to prematurely drop. You'll find them in full force during warmer months, although, they're actually active from late winter. In the cooler months, they hatch and start out at a light green nymph. As they grow, they change shape and colour, from orange to well recognised bronze. YatesNature's Way Citrus & Ornamental Spray, which is the only spray registered with the APVMA for home garden control of bronze orange bug on edible citrus.
