Prune Tree Fruit Drop

Hi There I have 2 mature (10years) prune trees. Prune D’Agen & Prune de Sargeant. I get tons of blossom but 99% of fruit drops when the size of the head of a match. I’m 170 metres high in the South coast town of Denmark WA. Nothing I have tried works. Could it not be cold enough to get fruit set. Any ideas welcome. Regards David
