Grow in drifts
Sow direct where they are to grow or into trays of Yates Seed Raising Mix. Press lightly into surface - do not cover as seeds need light to germinate. Water with a mist spray and retain moisture by covering with glass or plastic cling wrap. Transplant or thin when large enough to handle.
Choose a full sun to semi-shade position with well drained soil. Add Yates Blood & Bone before planting. Water at the base during dry periods.
Phacelia attracts hoverflies which are natural aphid killers. Plant close to roses, tomatoes, lettuce, citrus and other plants that are often attacked by aphids to encourage natural insect control.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
