black spot on roses

I moved house 2 yeas ago and inherited a garden with 140 roses. For the last 2 years I have had trouble with black spot. I have found Triforine quite effective but have been told not to use it continually as the fungus will develop a resistance. No alternative was named. I have tried Kocide which was ineffective as was Mancozeb. The recent heavy rain has resulted in the loss of almost all the leaves on my rosees. Have you any suggestions?

Answer: Perhaps you can alternate between Triforine and Yates Rose Shield. Both products contain a systemic fungicide however the Rose Shield also contains an insecticide.
