Joan
Hi. I have woody lavender planted under standard iceberg roses. What is a good hardy replacement plant. Joan

The lavender still flowers in spots really nicely however overall it is too woody and think it is best to replace it. I would prefer a hardy, non-annual option. Thanks for your feedback.

Answer: Hi Joan,
There are a few plants that you could grow under there quite well. Some suggestions are:
- Bacopa species
- scaveola species
- brachyscome multifida
- gardenia radicans,groundcover gardenia
Have a look at your local nusery where there will be more options.
I hope these help
