Lynn
My blueberry bush has been in a large tub for about 2 years but has never borne any fruit.

I feed it with organic cow manure mix, give it plenty of water and it seems healthy, shedding it's leaves in winter and just getting fresh leaves now (October). It flowers, but they just fall off. How can I get it to fruit?

Answer: Hi Lynn,

You could apply some fertiliser that promotes flowering such as Thrive Soluble Flower and Fruit which is rich in potassium. Lavender and flowers that attract bees will help fertilise the flowers. Ensure that during the warmer months there is sufficient water and check the soil moisture level slightly below the surface every couple of days.

Is the blueberry bush in a very windy position and loosing flowers from high wind?
