Can I use tomato potting mix for blueberries?

Submitted: 10:50AM, 12 Feb 2016
Answer: Hi Caris,

Thank you for your enquiry regarding potting mix for blueberries. As long as your tomato potting mix is light, friable and well drained you can grow blueberries. Bear in mind that blueberries is a acid-loving plant, so check the pH of your tomato potting mix before planting would be a good idea. Otherwise, you could use some premium Camellia and Azalea potting mix which is designed for the pH requirement.

Hope this information would help and happy gardening.
