How long do paw paw fruit take to ripen?

Submitted: 01:40AM, 12 Mar 2015
Answer: Paw Paw is a delicious fruit and very rewarding to grow. The length of time they need to ripen varies depending on your local climate. In general it takes 150 to 164 days to ripen although in subtropical areas it can vary from 190 to 270 days to ripen. The best thing to do is to wait for the skin to ripen from green to yellow or orange.
