I put Dynamic Lifter on garden 5 days ago and a white fungus is growing on the surface of all areas treated.

What's happening? Is it dangerous to me? Is it dangerous to my plants?

Answer: Hi Ros,

As Dynamic Lifter is an organic material the ‘white stuff’ you can see growing on the surface area that you have treated would be mycelium. They are simply fungal threads. They are important decomposers and a food source for some organisms. It is not harmful and certainly not harmful to you or your plants.

We do suggest when using the Dynamic Lifter pellets in your garden beds that you dig the pellet into the soil and then water the pellets in thoroughly.
