Answer: Hi Fred,

Lime Sulfur is registered for use on roses & ornamentals to control two spotted mites, scale insects, powdery mildew and rust. It can be applied from spring to autumn at the rate of 10mls per 1 litre of water. Do not apply to plants when the temperatures exceed 32 degrees C or when the soil is dry and plants are suffering from moisture stress.
