This looks like a Nerine. This bulb flowers in autumn and certainly brightens up our gardens at this time of the year. Nerines tend to flower well when crowded and after a dry summer – that is probably why your plants are flowering so well after the hot dry summer you have experienced in Victoria. Enjoy
