Will Munns winter grass killer kill established winter grass that already has seed heads?
Lawns • Weeds
For best results, apply in late-February to early March, to prevent emergence of new plants. Also ensure the required amount of water is applied post application.
If applying in spring:
If the infestation is mild: feed the lawn well with a complete fertiliser to encourage growth of the existing lawn, mow to stop seed heads forming and apply Munns Winter Grass Killer in late Feb/early March next year.
If the infestation is severe: apply Munns Winter Grass Killer now. It may take weeks to kill off well-established clumps. Reapply again in late Feb/early March.
