my lupins still have leaves on them...should they be cut back...I have never grown them before......Joe

We recommend that once the plants have seeded, cut them right back to near-ground level, leaving the last two leaves. Hopefully it will bloom for you again once the weather warms up. Start feeding with a liquid fertiliser, like Yates Thrive Natural Roses & Flowers Concentrate once buds appear.
