To keep your mulberry tree healthy and producing a good crop, you will need to feed your tree with a good quality fertiliser especially for fruiting trees. I would suggest Yates Thrive Natural Citrus & Fruit Pelletised Plant Food. It's enriched with Dynamic Lifter and has added nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium to give your fruiting plants the right balance of nutrients for their growing needs. Because you have a weeping mulberry, best to trim to shape rather than prune heavily otherwise you will spoil the natural shape of the tree. The best time to do any pruning is when the tree is dormant in winter. I am sure once the tree receives all the necessary nutrients, it will give you lots of good quality juicy fruits.
