Yates Vegan Fertiliser is a balanced plant food ideal for use on all indoor and outdoor plants, including natives. Approved by Vegan Australia, this special blend contains natural minerals as well as slow release and fast-acting fertilisers that gently feed your plants for up to 3 months.

Directions for use:

  1. One adult handful = approx 50g and a level teaspoon = approx 5g
  2. Always apply to moist soil or potting mix and water in well after application.  Apply a few centimetres from plant stem.  DO NO allow product to touch plant stem.  For plants in pots, apply around edge of pot.
  3. Refer to table below for plant type and application rate.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Precautions
  • Do not apply when maximum temperature is expected to reach above 30C or if the soil is dry  and plants are suffering moisture stress.  Avoid contact with foliage, plant stem and hard surfaces, including paths and decks.  Mix into the topsoil and water well.
Storage
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.  Always keep product closed, in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Danger

  • Causes serious eye irritation and mild skin irritation.
  • May cause allergic skin irritation and breathing difficulties.
  • Avoid breathing dust and/or dust contact.
  • Wear protective gloves, eye protections and a dust mask.
  • Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling.
  • If in eyes, rinse cautiously for several minutes.  If contact lenses are present, remove if possible and rinse further.
  • If eye or skin irritation persists or you feel unwell, call a Poison Centre or get medical advice or attention.
  • If medical advice is needed, have product bag at hand.  
  • Avoid contamination of waterways.
