Hi Jim,
Mole crickets can be controlled using Baythroid Lawn Grub and Garden Insecticide. Lightly water the lawn and then apply the Baythroid with a watering can or garden sprayer with a sprinkle bar. After applying the Baythroid water the lawn thoroughly so the insecticide reaches the mole crickets.
Sometimes piles of dirt which look like pyramids indicate earthworms.
