Spraying regime for pests on fruit trees?

How often do I need to spray for Aphids and Ants on a citrus? I am using 'Yates White Oil'.

How often do I need to spray for Codling Moths on Apples and Quince? - I am using 'Yates Success Ultra'.

Do I need to continue this regime, and if so, for how long?

Fruit and Citrus • Pests

Yates White Oil is not registered for the control of Aphids or Ants on citrus trees. We recommend spraying your citrus trees with Yates Nature's Way Citrus & Ornamental Spray - spray every 5-14 days and up to 8 times per season until the pests have been controlled.

We recommend spraying your Apple and Quince trees with Yates Success Ultra every 7-14 days while pests are active. Continue spraying until there is no further sign of pest.
