Please disclose the origin of Yates Urea to use on citrus trees/veg garden as vegetarian

Suggested to use as pale leaves/slow growth of lemon tree. Is it vegetarian friendly i.e. not animal meat/carcass by products? Thanks.

Dear Vickie,

To keep your lemon tree in good health, we would recommend you use a product called Acticote For Fruit, Citrus, Trees and Shrubs . It is a slow release fertiliser which ensures that the plant receives the fertiliser evenly and gradually over a period of time. This formulation is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium to encourage healthy leaf growth, strong root development and increased fruiting and flowering. It does not contain any animal meat/carcass by-product.
