How do I control quince leaf blight?

How do I control quince leaf blight?

Fruit and Citrus • Diseases

Hi Trevor,

Could it be 'quince fleck' that is infecting your tree. This disease presents itself as black spots with grey centres on the leaves and fruit? Perhaps you could send through a photo so we can see what the infection looks like. For quince fleck it is suggested that a copper spray be applied at bud swell. This will create a barrier so that the fungus cannot enter the plant. It is important to keep your tree healthy with regular fertilising and watering.
