Could someone please advise what happened to my apricots? This was last season I am in Melbourne

Fruit and Citrus • Diseases

Hello Jess, this looks likely to be a large lesion caused by either 'apricot freckle' or 'shot hole'. Sometimes, the small lesions in skin can merge together to cause a large lesion, or 'scab' as you have shown in your picture. To manage this, try 'Yates Leaf Curl Copper Fungicide Spray' applied at bud burst. Prevents fungal diseases such as Leaf curl of peaches and nectarines and leaf spot and rust on ornamentals and vegetables.
