Can I use Yates Lime Sulfur on my Camellias and Begonias?

I want to spray my climbing roses with lime sulphur after pruning. The roses are interwoven with espaliered camellias in full leaf and blossoming. Bedding begonias grow beneath both plants. Can lime sulphur be safely used or will it cause adverse effects to the other plants?
