Masses of flowers clumped around the base .Yates fertilizer was added. No climbing habit. Planted October? Please assist.

There are different variety of Mandevillas, some types will only form clumps and only send out few tendrils. Try feed the plant every 6-8 weeks with 'Yates Thrive Natural Roses & Flowers Organic Based Pelletised Plant Food' as a complete, soil-conditioning fertiliser for more prolific blooming and healthy plant growth.
