Garden ready!

Now is the time of year when we will start letting the garden define our eating. Today that meant a lunch of Burgundy Blush and Sapphire potatoes fried in butter and garlic with my first handful of button squash, coloured beans, mushrooms and red onion.

I have no idea what you’d call it – except delicious!
