Might try a bit of dust!

Meg and Dad is talking about growing Broccoli, Tomato from Sydney

Might try a bit of tomato dust on the brocolli, see how we go. I tend to give the leaves a bit of a spray first to help it stick and not blow off in the wind. Does anyone else have any tricks of the trade?

A few more weeks, a few more weeds

With the warmer weather coming in I am finding alot more weeds sprouting up so I will need to get out and hit them with the Zero

Brussel sprout update

Meg and Dad is talking about growing Brusselsprouts from Sydney

These are going well, they haven't been attacked by the white cabbage moths as bad as the brocolli but are coming along well.

Nasturtiums taking one for the team

Meg and Dad is talking about growing Nasturtium from Sydney

I am happy that I decided to do the companion planting thing. The nasturtiums are taking a beating from the caterpillars, whilst the brassicas in the next row are unaffected.
