Now that's a carrot...

Smeesy is talking about growing Carrot from South West

While getting some carrots for dinner, I came across this little beauty.  It measures 27cm long and about 6cm in diameter.  Even the kids were amazed at how large it was and it is certainly the biggest we have ever grown.

Tomatoes...

My tomatoes are going great and thankfully have not tipped over due to the high winds we have.  Some of the leaves browned a bit after the extremely hot day we had a little while back but thankfully the heat didn't do much more damage...
