Medium_2013-03-16_14 My mother has this kind of invasive weed in her backyard. What is it and how do we eradicate it please?

Answer: Hi Eddie,

Thank you for your photo. This looks like the common vetch. This weed is extremely aggressive after autumn rains. If the weed is in your garden beds, it can be sprayed with Zero Weedspray, carefully avoiding any plants in the near vicinity. This product is a non-selective spray so it will kill off any foliage it touches. It can be used on a lawn area, but be mindful that it will kill grass if it is exposed to the spray.
