Answer: Hi Vicky,
Winter grass must be controlled at the seedling stage in Autumn or early winter well before seed heads develop.

Chickweed and other common broad leaf weeds may be controlled using Buffalo Pro which contains two herbicides that will not affect the buffalo grass. Creeping oxalis is a very difficult weed to control as it produces many underground rhizomes and nodes, each producing roots. If you do have creeping oxalis present in your lawn then a follow up application will be required 3-4 weeks later.
