Weeds

Hi, I have a weed growing in the veg garden that I can't identify or control. It looks a bit like a small patch of clover with purple leaves and tends to grow under the soaker hoses. Max size is about 10cm across. Any help would be great.

Answer: Hi Andrew
It sounds like you are having a problem with Oxalis, most likely pink oxalis (Oxalis corymbosa). This plant can be difficult to control as it grows from an underground bulb so the best control measure is to use a systemic herbicide like Zero weedkiller to kill the foliage and the bulb to stop it from spreading.
