Yates Tree and Blackberry Killer - How do I use this safely to kill a tree stump without poisoning my dogs?

I am wanting to kill some tree stumps in the garden. I have been told this or Zero concentrate will do the trick. How long after application is it safe to let animals near the effected area?

Answer: Yates Stump and Blackberry Killer’s active ingredient needs take a far amount of time to breakdown for it to be effective. We recommend that you separate your dogs from the area while applying the product. Once you have checked that the area treated is dry you can let your dogs back into the area. Try to discourage them from investigating the area too intensively and if they continue to show an interest in the area separate them from the treated area.
