how can i get my iceberg roses to bloom in june this year for a surprise wedding?

hi there,
we now are having a SURPRISE wedding in june in our front garden. We have white/cream ice berg roses in our garden. I would like to trick the roses into blooming early! can i do this? if so when do i prune them, how many weeks out. I live in mornington peninsula. It is not hot here, it is usually wet in winter, no frosts. Does that make sense?

Answer: Hi Kristy,
Unfortunately there isn’t really a way to be able to do this with your roses as they will be mostly dormant at this time especially if the winter is especially cold.
