Answer: Roses are a funny plant sometimes, some need to be helped along their whole life others will thrive on neglect. It looks like you have the latter. They look healthy, with a good number of flower buds which will soon give you a wonderful display. There does seem to be the beginnings of some fungal problems in the lower leaves of the plants which you can easily treat with Yates Rose Gun Advanced. You can just feed them with some Dynamic Lifter Organic Plant Food through the summer then give them a prune next winter and you will have fantastic Happy roses
