i seem to have a beetle in my roses i think it may be japanese rose beetle could you tell me what to spray

Answer: Hi Gina,
There is no specific insectide registered to control Japanese rose beetle but Yates Rose Shield will control bugs such as budwom. Baythroid will also control garden weevils which can badly damage roses. The insecticides in these products works via contact and stomach action. Be sure to spray underneath the leaves as well to gain the best results.
