Roses pruned, starting to shoot. Should I remove the new little shoots growing inwards? thank you.

I'm always trying to avoid branches criss-crossing in the centre of th ebush, therefore the reason for perhaps removing those new little shoots...

Answer: Hi Rhonda,

I know it is not always easy to prune to an outside bud, but I am sure you would have done a good pruning job on your roses. If you feel that the new buds that are appearing are going to cause a problem for you, you can remove them. Happy gardening and enjoy your beautiful roses.
