Medium_2014-01-13_09 Yates Droughtshield is it supposed to leave a MILKY white appearance on leaves?

I bought Yates Droughtshield last week from a reputable distributor, used it for the first time, and it leaves a Milky white residue on all the leaves. Is this correct, or should l return the product. And should l wash it off the leaves?
